🎄 Nisswa Elementary Holiday Music Concert Volunteer Opportunities 🎄 Hosted by Nisswa PTO

Our holiday concerts are some of the most magical events of the year—and they shine even brighter because of YOU! We’re looking for volunteers to help with decorating, cookie setup, and cookie handout. Thank you for reviewing the available slots below and signing up to support our students and families!

🎨 Holiday Music Concert Decorating Crew

📅 December 3, 2025 — 3:00–4:30 PM

15 Volunteers Needed
 Location: Nisswa Elementary Gym
Help us create a warm, festive, Warrior-proud holiday concert space! All the décor is provided—we simply need some elf helpers to make the magic happen.
 Tasks include:

• Setting up decorations for the Warrior Christmas Play

• Creating a warm, cheerful atmosphere for families

• Light lifting, arranging, and helping wherever needed
   Thank you for helping make the space magical for our students and community!

🍪 Cookie Elf Support Crew

📅 December 4, 2025 — 5:00–6:15 PM

3rd & 4th Grade Music Concert
 Be a festive Cookie Elf! Set up the treats, share the sweetness after the concert, and return leftovers. Best for guardians of K–2nd and 5th grade so you can watch your student’s concert.
 Roles include:

• Stock up the cookie platters outside of Ms. Kopp’s Music room 

• Monitoring and supporting cookie handout (concert ends just before 5:40 PM)

• Ensuring one cookie per person

• Returning extras to the Office or Ms. Kopp’s room
  
  

📅 December 8, 2025 — 5:00–6:00 PM

Kindergarten Music Concert
Support the Kindergarten Music Concert by being a festive Cookie Elf! Set up the cookie table, share treats after the show, and return extras for the next concert. Best for guardians of 1st–5th grade.
 Roles include:

• Cookie setup

• Supporting handout after the concert (ends just before 5:40 PM)

• Ensuring one cookie per person

• Returning extras to the Office or Ms. Kopp’s room (we have another concert immediately after)
  

📅 December 8, 2025 — 6:00–7:00 PM

1st & 2nd Grade Music Concert
 Best for guardians of Kindergarten and 5th grade.
 Roles include:

• Replenishing cookie table

• Supporting handout after the concert (ends just before 6:45 PM)

• Ensuring one cookie per person

• Returning remaining cookies to the Office or Ms. Kopp’s room to close out the night
